How your restoration works

• One of our sales surveyors will visit your home, take pictures and basic measurements and demonstrate all the options available to you. They will give you a fixed price quotation, for your approval.
• Once you have accepted, our installation surveyor will visit and take more detailed measurements and advise, in the rare occurrence of any additional works identified. They will also discuss our installation requirements and note any specific housekeeping items you may have.
• We then finalise your quotation including glass and furniture options, paint colors and more. our sales surveyor will present this to you.
• We then complete any planning or Conservation compliance on your behalf. If we are unable to gain approval we will not charge you.
• Our Installation Surveyor will programme your restoration, ordering the required materials and manufacture of any new frames required  and allocate our team of craftspeople accordingly
• This process normally is completed in an 8 to 16 week period
